Reservation Process: With the enormous number of weddings that take place at Yosemite and in the surrounding areas, it is best to schedule me as far in advance as possible. I will provide you with a simple agreement that states the date, time, and location of your wedding, the number of hours you have reserved and the initial cost. As long as my schedule permits, I will try to accommodate requests for additional time. I require a 50% deposit upon signing of the agreement. The remainder is due the day of the wedding. I do not accept credit cards for my creative fee or the custom deluxe wedding book, but you’re more than welcome to use your credit card for all the innovative products (prints, albums, cards, DVDs, coffee table books) that are available through my lab Pictage upon reviewing your proofs. Cancellation Policy: It is my intention to shoot your wedding rain or shine. Cancellations that occur with less than four week’s notice make your entire deposit non-refundable. All other cancellations render 50% of your deposit non-refundable. Proofs: My hourly creative fee covers the time I spend at your wedding and includes the opportunity to view your proofs online. Viewing your proofs online saves time and makes it very simple to tailor a personal package of photographic products to suit your needs. If you prefer to view traditional paper proofs, for an additional charge I can supply a spiral bound proof book, or for the ultimate in elegance try our Birch Book 8x11 proof book from Willowbook, sure to please even the most discerning Brides. You can expect your proofs to be ready to view online within two weeks, or 3-4 weeks for a proof book. Fees: Hourly fee for on-site photography services $395.00 Minimum 3 hours… up to 10 hours Products: A la carte Prints: All color prints are printed on the finest Kodak Endura professional papers, available in 3 surfaces: Matte, Lustre, and Metallic (metallic is available for an additional charge). Black and White prints are produced on Moab Entrada Fine Art 190 Natural paper. A variety of borders are available for an additional cost. Prints are non-returnable and non-refundable. 16 x 24, each 12 x 18, each 11 x 14, each 8 x 12 or 8 x 10, each 5 x 7, each 4 x 6, each 2 x 3 wallets, price per 4 $250 $165 $95 $45 $15 $10 $15 Albums: There are several sizes and styles to choose from in the Flush Mount or Matted Album Collection, including choices from Leather Craftsman and Willowbook. You will be able to choose the images to be included after you review your online proofs. Since the multitude of choices will allow a totally custom option for each Bride and Groom, prices will be quoted on an individual basis. Custom Deluxe Wedding Book: $2800.00 Because of the amount of time it takes to create and personalize these beautiful and unique picture books, I am able to accept only a limited number of this type of commission. In addition to the photography, I will lay out 20 glorious pages (40 sides) of perfect photos from your special day, in a storybook fashion. The book is then printed “magazine-style” and bound in a hard cover with a beautiful slip case. You will still be able to choose the photos for the book and cover by viewing online proofs, and in addition you can choose landscape images of Yosemite and the High Sierra from my collection to be included. I can also include any inspirational quotes, poems, or words of your choice. You may still also purchase all other a la carte items. Additional Products: You will also find a complete assortment of photographic products online from fine art cards and greeting cards to a Video Collage on DVD, to truly tailor your own personal package. All prices will be available online, with the different products that are available at that time.
